Upgrading a DCR-hc26?

I make a lot of late night racing videos and I want to upgrade some of my features to possibly have a little better quality vids...

I want to shoot "fish eye" i think it is type angles, like this:

Very begining:
http://videos.streetfire.net/video/...-Vid_161454.htm

:48, 1:10, 2:05-2:40 or so
http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=8ofv...feature=related

So i stumbled upon this site:

http://video-direct.com/sony/camcor...r-hc26-acc.html

Which lense will work best, cheaper the better ....and also, I noticed a late night light to work with my night shot mode, does it work well? Will i make a difference? I honestly feel the the 20m distance on it would be enough to make my vids a tad better....

Opinions? Thank you

None of the lens shown on that page are Fisheye. They show two Sony wide angle lens. The Sony VCL-HG0725 0.7x Wide-Angle Converter and the and the Sony VCL-0625S 0.6x Wide-Angle Converter. They both are for 25 mm thread camcorders. They both would give you wider angle views (NOT FISHEYE). The 0.6X would be wider than the 0.7X

The second video at :48 and 1:10, looks like most if not all of that is done in editing not with a lens.

I don't think that Sony HVL-IRM NightShot Light is going to do you much good. Shooting range 3 to 20 meters? Probably closer to 3 to 5 meters. It can be powered with 2 AA batteries? That's not much power at all.

I don't know what will work for you but here is a search for Fisheye 25mm

http://www.amazon.com/s/ref=nb_ss_g...ye+25mm&x=0&y=0

Did you read what I said:
