Final Cut Express Exporting Quality

Hey guys, I have final cut express and was wondering what is the best quality to export? I was exporting as an avi and converting it to flv, but the avi quality did not seem very good. What would you recommend exporting as?

Thanks

Are you exporting for the web, such as YouTube, Vimeo etc or for DVD, Toast Blu-Ray?

I always export as Quicktime movie when I'm putting footage onto Dvds.

For the web, I use 'Quicktime Conversion' - choose .mov, and use the H.264 option - always looks pretty slick when I upload it to the web.
