I make a lot of late night racing videos and I want to upgrade some of my features to possibly have a little better quality vids...

I want to shoot "fish eye" i think it is type angles, like this:

Which lense will work best, cheaper the better ....and also, I noticed a late night light to work with my night shot mode, does it work well? Will i make a difference? I honestly feel the the 20m distance on it would be enough to make my vids a tad better....
